The registration fee includes:
Regular participants, students and PhD students:
- Welcome Cocktail at the venue on Wednesday 15 June 2016
- Access to the opening and closing ceremony
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Publication of one abstract in the Book of Abstracts
- Conference materials (Conference bag, Name badge, Final Programme – in print, Book of Abstracts)
- Coffee breaks at the conference venue
- A certificate of attendance

The registration fee does not cover hotel accomodation in Cluj
Registration fee cancellation policy:
- The cancellation before April 30, 2016 – 80% of paid sum will be refunded
- The cancellation from April 30, 2016 till June 1, 2016 – 50% of paid sum will be refunded
- After June 1, 2016 – cancellation of participation not refund
- All refunds will be made within two weeks after the finishing of the conference
