The foreign participants at 2016 ESSC Conference in Cluj Napoca, Romania, may need an entry visa to Romania.
Visas are not required for citizens of the European Union.

In case the original visa support documents are requested (e.g. invitation letter) the Conference’ s Organizing Committee (nicolae.har@ubbcluj.ro) can provide you the invitation letter at your request.
In order to write the invitation letter, the following informations will be very useful:
Surname, Given Name (as is written in you personal passport), Gender, University or Institute you belongs, academic/scientific degree, Passaport number, Date of birth, Citizenship, etc.
